FREE SHIPPING for orders totaling over $100.

All non-personalized orders ship within 7 business days. Personalized items will take about 3-4 weeks for delivery. Rush personalization service is available, please call for details.

*In the case a personal check is used for payment, please allow up to an additional 7 to 10 business days for order processing.

**All shipping charges are non-refundable for unclaimed, undeliverable, inaccurate address or returned packages.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, you may return it or exchange it* within 30 business days for a full refund less shipping charges. The merchandise must be in a resalable condition. We reserve the right to determine whether the returned items are in good enough condition to accept. If the returned items are not resalable, we will send it back and charge you for shipment.

A return merchandise authorization number (RMA) must be issued before any returns will be accepted.

Make sure to insure your package -- and please send your return via a shipping company (preferably UPS) who provides tracking and proof of delivery.


* No Returns will be accepted without a return authorization. Please call between 10am to 7pm EST to recieve a return authorization. Absolutely no returns after 30 days.
